COVID-19 Update:

    •    Masks are REQUIRED in order to be serviced.

    •    Limited Slots

Late Policy: We have a 10 minute grace period.  If you are not inside ready to be serviced at 10 min past your appointment time , you will have to reschedule and you will be charged a fee of 50% of your total appointment cost.

 

Cancellation Policy:  Please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. last minute cancellations & reschedules will be charged 50% of the appointment cost before being able to rebook.

No call/ No show :  In an event of a No call/No show , you will be charged 100% of appointment cost using card on file. If the card is declined , an invoice will be sent for payment. You will be unable to book until it is paid.  After 2 No call/No shows you will be put on walk in basis ONLY.

Location Policy:

    •    1 client allowed in treatment room.

    •    No Children

 

BEFORE BOOKING

​

Hair Length: Should be 1/4 inches (grain of rice) to properly get picked up by the wax. hair that is too long, for your comfort, you may trim No Less than 1/4 inches

​

Hygiene Check: Please be mindful of your specialist. Freshening up before your appointment is expected and appreciated . Restrooms and wipes will be available upon arrival. If you are on your cycle , you can still be serviced as long as you have a clean tampon in. 

 

Pregnant: Check with your doctor during the last two months of your pregnancy to make sure you are in the clear to get waxed.
